Shipping and delivery conditions

1. Procedure

Once the items leave our warehouse, you will receive your order within 24h – 72h (weekdays) at the address specified at the time of purchase (Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands). Delivery will be carried out by a specialized transportation company (ENVIALIA).

If you are not at home when our agent arrives, you’ll find a notice to contact the delegation and arrange for next delivery.

Keep in mind those days that doesn’t count: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (national and local) as well as exceptional vacations and holidays, always communicated earlier in our social media profiles.
In addition, all orders placed before 14h (Spanish time) will be shipped the next day, from which starts counting 24h – 72h. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday next week from which starts counting 24h – 72h.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs of a standard package (24h-72h) up to 1 kg (only peninsula) will cost from 5.72€.
  • For higher weights and combination of products, final price will be reflected at the end of your order and before payment.
  • For standard orders (24h-72h) over 100 € with delivery address within the peninsula shipping will be free.

4. Returns

If you want to return an order, you can send us the items (shipping costs paid by your own). After receiving and checking the products, Cocktailbar.es will refund the cost of the product purchased (excluding postage) by the same method of purchase.
