Conditions: The process of change or return (due to tare or defect returns as well as returns for withdrawal) must be initiated within 15 working days after receipt of order.
Cost: Changes or returns for tare or defect do not have any cost for the customer.
Procedure: Please contact us via email@example.com and indicate the reason for the return and the order number delivered. Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to tell you the steps to follow in such return. After confirming the change or return, we will collect your purchase at the delivery address you indicated to us. Cocktailbar.es will refund the corresponding amount within 30 calendar days after receiving the items under under the conditions described above. The refund will be made by the same means of payment through which was previously paid.
3. Change or return for withdrawal
Conditions: The return process should be initiated within 15 working days after receipt of order.
Cost: The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the items to be returned, as well as the corresponding customs charges.
